Valencia F1 Grand Prix 2010
25th to 28th June
race weekend and special hotel package
Staying in the Valencian wine town of Requena
The real Spain travel writers are yet to discover!
The Valencia Grand Prix is the newest race on the European F1 calendar. The race is held on a new street circuit on the site of the 'Americas Cup' marina. Built to rival Monaco and to satisfy the huge popularity for Formula 1 in Spain. The race is a guaranteed sell out!

From the moment you arrive in Valencia we will take care of all your needs, airport transfers to and from your hotel (optional), circuit transfers on Saturday and Sunday and the best grandstand seats, giving great circuit views and a giant TV screen to follow all the action. You're sure to enjoy your stay in Requena, an important wine town inland from Valencia. In the small ancient square is the family run, Hotel La Villa We have reserved the entire hotel and its annex the Meson. The La Villa is traditionally Spanish and well appointed. We dine around large tables. Great food and  regional award winning wines help the conversation flow long into the night. Think of your stay as an exclusive MotoExpress house party.

Friday
Join the Welcome Reception
party and meet your fellow F1 guests . Talk about the season passed and the races to come. A little later it's it's time for the first of the weekends dinner parties.  These are superb fun evenings. You'll soon understand why so many MotoExpress guests return year after year.

Saturday
Coach transfer to the circuit for the qualifying sessions. Your Grandstand Ticket gives a weekend reserved seat in the M2 Malvarrosa grandstand. You have spectacular views of the cars as they roar into the amazing marina section before exiting across the swing bridge. Giant video screens keep you up to date with the action all around the circuit.

Would you like to watch the race from the
Principal Grandstand watching the build up to the race, the start, all the pit lane action and the podium celebrations? Upgrade your ticket.

On our return to the hotel we stop off at the fantastic Valencian City of Arts and Sciences a unique complex devoted to science and culture. Made up of five main elements: the Hemisfèric (IMAX cinema and digital projections), the Umbracle (a landscaped vantage point and car park), the Príncipe Felipe Science Museum (an innovative centre of interactive science), the Oceanográfico (the largest aquarium in Europe with over 500 marine species).

Sunday

Leisurely breakfast then its on to the coach to join 100,000 Spanish fans heading for the circuit. The atmosphere outside the circuit will be turbo charged, whilst inside it's fiesta time! This is F1 Spanish style! The biggest firework explosions ever.  Mexican waves, Grandstand singing of 'Ole, Ole, Ole, Ole'.  If there is an Alonso victory the celebrations will take on a new dimension! After the race is finished, head for the bars overlooking the marina. Mix with the friendly Spaniards and savour the atmosphere that is unique to Spain. We return to the hotel for a our F1 celebration dinner.

Monday

Brunch in the Plaza has become a MotoExpress tradition. So much so that our guests book late afternoon flights or stay on for extra days just to make sure they don't miss this feast. And why not, what could be better than mountains of ham, eggs and chips all washed down with jugs of Sangria. Simply Fantastic!
